When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Shipments within Türkiye are sent with Yurtiçi Kargo.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Türkiye costs 149 TRY; shipping is free on orders of 7,500 TRY and over.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the US, the United Kingdom and European Union countries. United States: 29 USD, free over 300 USD; United Kingdom: 25 GBP, free over 250 GBP; European Union: 29 EUR, free over 300 EUR.
What is the return period and what are the conditions?
You may return a product within 14 days of the date you receive it, without giving any reason. The product must be unused, with its tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by WAGGMI. After submitting your return request, you can drop the product off free of charge at any Yurtiçi Kargo branch using the Yurtiçi Kargo agreement code sent to you.
When will the refund for my returned product reach my account?
The price of the product will be refunded to your original payment method no later than 14 days after your return notification reaches us. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your card may vary depending on your bank.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card, debit card or the other methods offered on the checkout page. Payments are taken over an SSL-encrypted connection; your card details are not stored by WAGGMI.
