  • Finance: Billing information; card details are not stored by the Company and are processed by payment institutions.
  • Transaction security: IP address, session and device information.
  • Marketing: Shopping preferences and cookie data, where you have given your explicit consent.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

  • Receiving, invoicing and delivering orders,
  • Concluding and performing the distance sales agreement, and conducting return and exchange processes,
  • Responding to customer requests and complaints,
  • Fulfilling legal obligations and providing information to authorised bodies,
  • Ensuring information and transaction security,
  • Sending campaign and commercial electronic messages, where you have given your explicit consent or approval.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data are processed on the basis of the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely the conclusion or performance of a contract, the fulfilment of a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, legitimate interest and, where necessary, explicit consent.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to shipping and logistics companies, payment institutions and banks, e-commerce infrastructure and cloud service providers, accounting and legal advisers, and public authorities authorised by law. Transfers made because the servers of our infrastructure service providers are located abroad are carried out in accordance with the conditions laid down in Article 9 of the KVKK.

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data are collected by automated or partially automated means through our website, membership and order forms, email, telephone and cookies.

7. Your Rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

  • To request information about the processing if your data have been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in accordance with that purpose,
  • To know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom the data are transferred,
  • To request rectification if the data have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • To request erasure or destruction of the data within the framework of the conditions laid down in the KVKK,
  • To request that the rectification, erasure and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data have been transferred,
  • To object to a result arising against you through the analysis of the data exclusively by automated systems,
  • To request compensation for damage if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of the data.

You may submit your requests concerning your rights, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, in writing to Göztepe Mah. İstoç 2. Cad. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
