Preliminary Information Form

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared, pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, for the purpose of informing the Buyer before the agreement is concluded.

2. Product, Price and Payment

The name, quantity and key characteristics (such as size/colour) of the ordered product(s), the sale price including taxes, the delivery charge, the payment method and the delivery details are set out on the checkout page at the time of order confirmation and in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer, and form an integral part of this agreement.

  • Product prices include VAT.
  • Delivery costs are shown separately in the order summary.
  • Payments may be made by credit card, debit card or other methods offered on the checkout page. The conditions applicable to instalment payments are shown on the checkout page.
  • The prices displayed on the website are valid until they are updated.

3. Delivery

  • Orders within Türkiye are delivered via Yurtiçi Kargo to the address specified by the Buyer when placing the order. International orders are dispatched by international courier.
  • Orders are handed over to the courier within 1-2 business days; in all cases, delivery may not exceed the statutory period of 30 days.
  • If the package is found to be damaged upon delivery, it is recommended that you have the courier draw up a damage report.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. 5. Complaints and Objections

The Buyer may submit requests and complaints to info@waggmi.com or to +90 530 497 53 53. In the event of a dispute, applications may be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts in cases exceeding these limits.

6. Confirmation

The Buyer acknowledges that, before confirming the order, they have read and understood this form and confirmed it electronically.
