Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation dated 27.11.2014.

Buyer
The Buyer is the person who places an order via waggmi.com and who, when placing the order, declares their first name, surname, delivery and billing address, telephone and email details (the "Buyer").
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer electronically via the website belonging to the Seller.
3. Product and Payment Information Subject to the Agreement
The name, quantity and key characteristics (such as size/colour) of the ordered product(s), the sale price including taxes, the delivery charge, the payment method and the delivery details are set out on the checkout page at the time of order confirmation and in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer, and form an integral part of this agreement.
The sale price of the products includes VAT. The delivery charge is shown separately in the order summary and, unless otherwise stated, is paid by the Buyer.
4. General Provisions
- The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and are informed of the preliminary information concerning the key characteristics of the product subject to the agreement, the sale price, the payment method and delivery, and that they have given the necessary confirmation electronically.
- The product subject to the agreement shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by the Buyer within the period stated in the preliminary information form, provided that the statutory period of 30 days is not exceeded.
- The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in sound and complete condition, in conformity with the characteristics specified in the order and together with any warranty documents.
- If, after delivery of the product, the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the Seller due to the unauthorised and unlawful use of the Buyer's credit card by third parties, the Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 3 days.
- If the Seller learns that it will be unable to deliver the product subject to the agreement within the due period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, it shall notify the Buyer of the situation. In this case, the Buyer may request the cancellation of the order; the amount paid shall be refunded within 14 days.
- For a product that is out of stock or cannot be supplied, the Seller shall inform the Buyer and refund the amount collected within 14 days at the latest.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the Seller a clear notification within this period via info@waggmi.com or in writing.
- The Buyer is obliged to send the product back within 10 days of the withdrawal notification, using the Yurtiçi Kargo agreement code provided by the Seller. The return shipping cost is borne by the Seller.
- The Seller shall refund the full amount collected, including any delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest from the date on which the withdrawal notification reaches it, in a manner appropriate to the payment instrument used by the Buyer.
- The Buyer is liable for any loss of value resulting from the product being used other than in the ordinary manner, becoming deformed or having its labels removed.
6. Cases in Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs, or for products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape or seal have been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons.
7. Defective Goods
If the delivered product is defective, the Buyer may, pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6502, exercise one of the following rights: to withdraw from the agreement, to request a reduction in the sale price, to request free-of-charge repair, or to request replacement with a non-defective equivalent.
8. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in cases exceeding these limits.
9. Entry into Force
By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date the order is confirmed. The Seller sends a copy of the agreement to the Buyer's email address.
